Terms

All photos unless specifically stated are royalty free. You only pay once for the images and then you can use them as many times as you want.

All images on Roslagsbild are the photographer's property and are protected under copyright law, ((1960:729) Copyright of Literary and Artistic Works).

At the publication of an image the source should always be indicated: Photographer/ roslagsbild.se. In case of no byline, there is a charge of 800 SEK/images.
 
Photos from Roslagsbild may not be resold or transferred to another. When you purchase a royalty-free image it may be used and available for up to 10 people in the business or organization that bought the image.

All prices exclude 25% VAT. Payment terms are 10 days net.

Customer is responsible for publishing the images.

Roslagsbild is not responsible for a customer's use of images that cause some form of injury or economic loss.

Images may not be used by political parties and organizations, religious communities or other stakeholders without Roslagsbilds consent. You may not use Roslagsbild´s images in any kind of offensive context, or otherwise contrary to Swedish law.
 
You may use Roslagbild´s images as long as usage is not competing with Roslagsbild.

Roslagsbild can not be held responsible for errors arising from failure of the customer's hardware / software.

Our royalty-free images may be used freely for an unlimited period of time in brochures, advertisements, books, magazines, Internet, etc.
For advertising, web agencies, etc. the image should be purchased by the final customer.

Roslagsbild reserves the right to modify the contents of this User Agreement without prior notice.
